For a 2500t/d cement production line, the sulphur content of limestone is 0.5%-0.9% (average about 0.7%), and the SO2 emission concentration in flue gas is seriously over 3-7 times (600-1300mg/Nm3).

When the SO2 concentration is 800-900 mg/Nm3, the powder is 0.8% and the water agent is 1.5 m3/h. After 8 minutes, the SO2 concentration drops below 100 mg/Nm3.

When the powder is used for 0.05-0.1% for a long time and 0.5-1.0 m3/h for the water agent, it is stably reduced to below 200 mg/Nm3.
